Churubusco Jr.-Sr. High School

The Busco Eagles (5-5) defeated Manchester 42-23 advancing to round two of the IHSAA Sectional where they will travel to Adams Central (9-1) to face the Flying Jets. Offensivly, the Eagles were led by Angelo Ianucilli with 25 carries for 226 yards and 3 touchdowns along with 2 receptions for 14 yards and a score. Brayden Bianski added 89 yards on 10 carries and 2 touchdowns. Grant Sievers toted the ball 6 times for 50 yards. Weston Ott led the Eagles with 17 total tackles, Sievers added 11 and Cam Lattimore tallied 10 total tackles. Bryce Lawrence, Case Krider, and Aiden Hurley each had a fumble recovery while Deryan Gordan and Misael Salazar combined for a sack. Photos by: Aimee's Photography
